Manager Finance & Accounts

Brief :

End to end knowledge and understanding of Business processes of NPA:

- To ensure that the operations comply with the Policy and Procedures including legal and regulatory requirements

- To examine and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control systems

- To evaluate existing processes, identify shortcomings / gaps & suggesting remedial / corrective action plan

- Preparation of financials as per Ind AS Regulatory filling RBI, SEBI for listed debt instrument

- Review and approve vendor payments

- Review of direct tax and indirect tax fillings

- To test reliability and timeliness of the regulatory reporting

- Establishment of detailed process to ensure compliance to accounting policies / procedures and financial reporting

- Professional Excellence

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Experience: CA(mandatory) Candidate should have 4 - 5 years of related experience in Accounts & Finance / statutory compliance / Internal Audit projects preferably in Power Sector, in banks / FIs / Financial Services Companies and allied industry
