Qualification - CA

Industry Preference - Banking & Financial Services, Insurance

Monthly closing processes :

- Ensuring all entries including closing entries are booked in time (thru Accounts operations teams)

- All backup documents/contracts are in place to support the transactions

- Trend analysis for expenses and revenue to identify any exceptions/anomalies

- Preparation of standalone financial statements

- Preparation of consolidated financial statements

Annual Activities :

- Preparation of Financial Statements

- Supporting Audits (Internal & Statutory)

- Manage Business MIS and Budgeting for all Avendus Group Entities:

- Preparation of monthly MIS and comparison with budgets

- Proactive analysis - revenue, cost etc

- Sensitivity of key variables on plans for the respective Financial Year including estimated for FY

- Build smart dashboards for monitoring Business KPIs and enhance reporting to Founders and Investors

- SPOC for Business CEO and to the founder for identified businesses

Balance Sheet Management for all Avendus Group Entities :

- Cashflow management and planning for entities

- Monitoring RoE across pockets of capital deployment

- Tracking Capital Commitments across businesses

Annual Budgets :

- Lead the Budgeting Exercise for Avendus Group

- Coordinate Business Budgets with Business / Functional Heads

- Lead / Support discussions with Founders / Investors

- Board Presentation for Annual Budget and Capital Plan
