Operations - 30%
- Handle a portfolio of 15 clients
- Lead the set-up of accounting and finance function of new clients.
- Monitor health of compliances and deliverables by conducting periodic reviews. Spot and resolve the gaps.
- Liaise with experts and clients for key issues.
- Monitor query tracker and timely closure of open tasks / queries.
- Monitor updation of management trackers
- Periodic Financial Analysis
- Monitor funds position (Short term & Long term)
- Review financial statements.
- Monitor progress of end to end finalization process. Intervene as required to ensure there are no lags. Resolve inter-team issues if any.
Client Service - 20%
- Ensure a strong Client Relationship by connecting regularly. For local clients 1 visit per month and for Outstation - 1 visit per year and monthly review call.
- Resolve client complaints and issues timely, spot and resolve root cause.
- Provide at least 2 trainings to each client every year and ensure that clients are always updated with recent changes in laws.
- Understand the business/ sector/ industry of all clients well.
People Development - 25%
- Handle a team size of 10
- Monthly Appraisal of direct reportees and interview with skip level
- Team planning, monitoring, roadmaps / growth
- Team development, motivation and retention
- Conducting at least 6 need based trainings
- Organize at least 1 non-review team meeting per month
- Conducting at least 2 soft skill trainings
- Prepare and present at least 6 Technical Articles
- Attend a few business events in a year - minimum 2.
- Effect change management as per plans
- Ensure Zero Operational Conflict / Escalations within the team
- Ensure that the team adheres to firm value, policies and code of conduct.
- Recruitment of employees
Business Initiatives - 25%
- Optimize time involvement in each client, with effective delegation in order to optimize resource recovery.
- Identify Process Improvement areas and ensure that core firm processes are improved, SOPs designed and implemented.
- Review Time Budgets and identify improvement areas
- Identify new opportunities (Mining) - At least 2 per client per year.
- Ensure at least 3 cross-referrals per year
