CA/ MBA Finance Finance Manager Bahrain

Finance Manager :

- The role also deals with efficient forecasting and budgeting, feasibilities cash flow management, regulatory and group compliances to ensure that data and information required by all stakeholders and funding agencies are accurately prepared, submitted and available on a timely basis.

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following :

- Improved management reporting, financial forecasts, resource planning, budgets and feasibility reports facilitating better decision making.

- Drive improvement in business efficiencies in various operations

- Present improved business and operational analysis to improve company's performance.

- Streamline processes and operating procedures in line with best practices

- Develop strong financial controls and processes to ensure full compliance with established processes and regulatory requirements

- Drive Strategic thinking to address weaknesses and gaps in the business processes and systems.

- Spearhead automation processes and accurate measurement of operational data for various operational and support activities to ensure cost efficiencies.

- Engage with other members of the senior management team to facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure due support from every quarter to the business improvement areas mentioned above.

- Propose and lead initiatives for system automation and IT improvements to simplify business management and to report in future.

Candidate profile :

CA/ MBA in Fin with excellent analytical skills & strong business acumen . Clear and concise in communicating information, with the ability to actively listen. Strong knowledge of business plans, financial goals, and must be detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
