Manager - Finance (5-8 yrs)
- Project Budget and cash flows - Interact with group company CFO and other tax teams for fund requirement.
- Maintain , manage and track cash flow and send reconciliation statements.
- Prepare Budgets and financial forecast .Act as a single point of contact for all queries from finance per say.
- Review costs on a timely basis to ensure alignment of costs with the budgeted targets and take corrective actions if required - Continuously review long-range operational forecasts,
- Review the Project deliveries with respect to financial targets at a consolidated level on a monthly basis and take corrective actions
- Monitor financial activities, find slippages, mitigation, recovery, cost saving and analysis of variation - Give inputs to the Project team through providing the Financial foresights and budget compliance
- Monitoring budget adherence and periodic reviews to track performance
- Support stakeholder management - Publishing of Financial Dashboards
- MIS
- Support month-end and year-end project closure process and reporting - Initiate and facilitate generation of monthly financial reports
- Identify financial issues and suggest timely solutions for efficient project closure
- Monitor Financial compliance with regards to policies - Ensure that the overall functioning is in line with the organizational requirements and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place
- Ensures Vendor GST compliance and generates reports.
- Ensures tax compliance
