Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to join our team.
- This role is critical in overseeing all financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytically strong, and capable of working closely with senior leadership to guide financial decisions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights on financial performance.
- Partner with departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Monitor budget adherence and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements (e. , GAAP/IFRS, GST, TDS, etc.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Monitor daily cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.
- Support investment decisions and risk management strategies.
Audit & Compliance:
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely closure of audit points.
- Maintain strong internal controls and improve processes to prevent fraud and financial risk.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including TDS, GST, and corporate tax filings.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and ensure adherence to all statutory obligations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, and procurement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 - 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or corporate finance.
- Educational Background: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CPA or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP tools (e. , SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
