Manager - Finance

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This role ensures financial stability, compliance, and supports business growth with strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Conduct variance and profitability analysis.

- Prepare financial reports for stakeholders.

Accounting & Reporting:

- Maintain receivables, payables, general ledger, and Zoho accounting software.

- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

- Manage month-end and year-end closings.

Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and file GST and Income Tax returns.

- Ensure timely tax payments and reconciliations.

- Stay updated on tax regulation changes.

Financial Control & Risk Management:

- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Master's in Finance or Accounting.

- 3-4 years of finance management experience.

- Strong analytical skills and accounting expertise.
