Job Title Manager: Operations - L5 Reporting

Manager Operations Manager: Notebooks

Function Operations Location Gollapudi, Vijayawada

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1) To ensure optimum utilization of all resources (man, material, machine) in Notebook Manufacturing by building systems and processes and through capability building of people.

2) To Plan and execute Creation of Prototypes through identifying and sourcing of raw materials

3) Formulate Production Plan in line with requirement through 3rd Party Conversion or Existing Plant Operations

4) To Plan Machine & Process stabilization by

- Monitoring Machine Output Capability and timely updation

- Monitoring and reducing preventive, predictive & downtime maintenance

- Creation of SOP's

- Schedule the regular training & development of manpower

KEY FOCUS AREAS

- Machine Stabilization: To develop technical knowhow for Operation & maintenance of Notebook machine so that operation & maintenance manual (& SOPs) can be developed

- Maximize Output: To get the highest production out of Machinery to meet timely requirement

- Production Planning: To know and formulate cost efficient and alternative modes of production

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- B.Tech / Mechanical engineering graduate /Electrical Engineering graduate from a reputed Engineering college with experience of working in a plant

- Experience range - 2 years or more

- Experience in Printing Technology and related industry

- Functional knowledge of SAP
