Key Responsibilities Include :
- Independently dealing with local union
- Good hold on ER and HR matters of the factory
- Handled an Long Term Settlement as a lead - at least 1 LTS signing should be credited to individual in his factory role
- Exposure to HR Processes
- Compliance
- Contract Labour (CL) and handling of CL
- Liasoning with govt officials
