Manager - Facility Management (7-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Facility management for the property of the Chairman at Prabhadevi.
- Overall cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the entire premises.
- Coordinate with the projects team to ensure all snags points are rectified.
- To ensure smooth operations of housekeeping and food & beverages services.
- Manage housekeeping and pest control operations in the city.
JOB REQUISITES
1. Minimum 7-10 years experience into managing a property/house
2. Candidate should be from nearby area of Prabhadevi, so that he is available at given point of time
3. Good communication skills (verbal/written/attentive listener)
4. Candidate who has worked for a celebrity/industrialist will be preferred
5. Work Time: General shift, however should be available as and when required.
6. Job Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
