Skills & Competencies:

NOTE: (IMP) - Candidate must have experience in handling minimum 200+ associates

- 8 - 12 years of experience in operations

- Experience in Financial BPO industry is must (at least 7-8 years) and compulsory delivery background

- Must be from Accounting and Finance background with good understanding of accounting standards of different countries

- Should have experience in Team management, Performance management, SLA management

- Ability to manage customer and proactive in making plan in line with customer's expectations

- Ability to mentor a large team of 200+ associates

- Understand project cost and budget gross margin, revenue and cost levers

- Ensure end to end project management

- Able to work with geographically diversified teams

- Adaptability in rotational shift

- Strong skills on excel, word and power point

Desired :

- Manage the day to day operations of overall delivery

- Front end customer and lead periodic review discussions

- Working in collaboration with various operations support functions to ensure a green project

- Monitor action plans and ensure expectation and traceability with measurement criterion

- Develop and drive service improvements based on RCAs, trends and customer inputs

- People management and attrition management at various levels

- Establish clear internal and external governance to drive change
