Manager - F&A Digital Capability Development CoE (5-15 yrs)
Position Title/Responsibility Level - Manager, FA Digital Capability Development CoE
Job Description:
Manage Training and research needs for the F&A audience.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Strong domain knowledge with the inclination to be abreast with latest trends in technology
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs based on the TNA/TNI collated and also build forward looking capabilities
- Implement various learning methods and create blended learning experience for the learners ( ILTs, ELTs, Simulations, Case studies, Job Shadowing, Virtual Training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, ILTs and other workshops
- Design and delivery content to address various client specific training needs
- Assess success/effectiveness of workshops and learning path defined by employing training evaluation models
- Partake in client/potential client visits to showcase the learning and development capabilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess if training needs are met, discuss progress and address challenges/concerns
- Assist in RFP creation on learning and development capabilities for potential clients
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and client with strict adherence to the guidelines on the same

- Strong Training Delivery/Facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of Accounting and expertise in any two of the F&A towers (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, Taxation and Treasury, FPNA)
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (PPT, Excel, Visio - Optional)
- Knowledge of LMS and Rapid Authoring tools to create e-modules
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of ERPs and tools (Blackline, Coupa, Ariba, etc.,) use in F&A operations

Education Requirements :
- CA, CPA, CMA, post graduate in commerce, MBA Finance with at least 10 years of experience in F&A function as training or research role.
Work Experience Requirements :
- Experience of 10-12 years in F&A and at least 8+ years of proven experience in Learning and Development and research.
- Knowledge of various F&A towers like O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, FP&A, with expertise in at least on 2 of these
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Meet and liaise with business leaders to identify and validate areas of research
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to source information on priority topics
- Collect data, trends, information from multiple sources and synthesize and analyze information
- Interview subject matter experts; prepare surveys/questionnaires; collate and analyse information; create insights and present key takeaways
- Analyze & synthesize findings and generate insights on key industry trends, client scenarios, new innovative practices and future capabilities to drive business strategy
- Gather and analyze information on:
- strategic clients covering company strategy, business model, service profile, customer demographics and preferences, financials, account plans
- Create knowledge packets based on research findings; write thought-leadership articles, white papers and point-of-view documents; create capability blueprint capturing next-gen skills; and develop content on new capabilities.
