Roles - Responsible for managing Bank Of England (BoE) Reporting - Ensuring all the BAU activities are done timely and accurately - Review and analysis of BoE Reports before submission to in-country team - Required to identify the source of adhoc / new requirement, building process to meet new requirements on regular basis and developing controls to ensure data integrity - Keeping pace with changes happening at system level so as to make necessary changes in agreement with reporting requirement. - Responsible for meeting the defined SLAs, managing good relationship with the customer, maintaining and developing robust controls in the process - Co-ordinate & effectively communicate with other teams in diverse locations across in-country / GFC. - Be a team player in supporting the Planning, Forecasting team activities (monthly and quarterly), wherever applicable. - Lead and execute process improvement initiatives within the team and improve efficiency. Skills/Experience Required - CA/CWA/MBA/ M.Com : 6+ years of relevant experience - Past experience in External/ Regulatory reporting of Legal entity Financials and supplementary reports. Experience of Business Finance in Banking Industry is desirable. - Need to track regulatory changes and make necessary amendments in current procedures. Should have experience in comprehending reporting requirements / definitions and accordingly identify and make adjustments. - Ensuring all the BAU activities are done timely and accurately - Independent review and analysis of BoE Reports before submission to in-country team - Required to identify the source of adhoc / new requirement, building process to meet new requirements on regular basis and developing controls to ensure data integrity - Keeping pace with changes happening at system level so as to make necessary changes in agreement with reporting requirement. - Responsible for meeting the defined SLAs, managing good relationship with the customer, maintaining and developing robust controls in the process - Advance knowledge of MS Excel, basic knowledge of MS Access (Visual basics) and Macros are preferred - Project management skills with an ability to initiate process improvements. - Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills Both verbal and written
