Manager - External Communication Division : HR (Corporate Communications) No of Positions : 1 Level : Manager Position reports to : VP & Head Corporate Communications Location : Corporate Office Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Media Relations - Understanding of media landscape, experience of working with journalists and managing relationships - Exceptional content writing skills for business - Content development and editing Press release, Corporate messaging, draft authored articles, FAQs, executive speeches etc - Knowledge about managing evangelist program, Social Media influencers through innovative tools and approaches - Experience of making use of contemporary PR approaches to stay ahead of the curve - Expertise in creating business reports and compelling presentations - Agency management Regular follow up and engagement with agency for timely deliverables - Maintenance of knowledge repository - Q&amp;A bank, press releases, image bank etc. - Corporate Social Responsibility - Assisting in creation of annual CSR/ sustainability targets for the organization - Leveraging CSR programs in organizations communication to external stakeholders - Event Management - Capable of designing and executing internal and external events of small and large scale involving key stakeholders - Ability to brief the specifications clearly and negotiate with service providers to be cost efficient - Understand unique business requirements and manage within the overall organizational policies and processes - Support various functions in the organization with creative concepts and content development for their campaigns - Able to deal with vendors as and when required to procure gifts and other items - Knowledge and understanding of new media - Experience of making corporate films and other A/V collaterals - Understanding of using AR and VR Skills &amp; Attributes : - Excellent communication skills written and verbal - Analytical ability, Innovative, creative - Established networks with Indian media and awareness about their ways of working - Hands on experience of web technologies, creative and Presentation tools for promoting customer-focused offering and business - High organizational maturity and ease in interacting across all levels of the organization - Good Interpersonal skills, Team player, Self-Starter, Drive for results - Experience of working in multinational organizations and with global teams Eligibility : - Graduate/PostGraduate with major in English / Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relations - Minimum 8 years preferably in aviation or service industry - Minimum 1 year experience with a PR agency
