Manager - Exports/International Sales - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
- Ensure growing the market, expanding the Company's distribution presence, growing the Client's market share and to continuously improve the product portfolio.
- Work closely in commercializing product for the various markets to meet customer needs.
- Lead the region's forecasting strategies and ensure the right product at the right place at the right time.
- Suggest to the management team new products, processes and improvements to help their business run efficiently
- Ensure continuous business development and relationship building.
- Take responsibility for the organization and management of all in-region trade shows
- New distribution objectives across key markets/channels/customer targets
- Expansion of existing customer distribution
- Market share growth
- Successful launch of new products, line extensions (distribution, pricing, merchandising)
- Sales organization capability improvements
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-12 years of business management/sales experience with a proven track record of growing business with key customers
- Bachelor's degree. MBA Preferred.
- Experience within the professional Food, Beverages, personal care or consumer packaged goods category is highly preferred.
- A Proven growth-oriented individual with a track record showing consistent growth
