The Job
- Responsible for overall business strategy, go to market strategy, product mix, business volumes, supply chain, smooth operations, finance, profitability and growth.
- Directly acquire & manage channel partners,key accounts & projects;
- Administer all export of furniture and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Achieve targeted sales volumes and market shares.
- Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
- Ensure compliance to all export objectives and design sales strategies according to customer requirement and collaborate with Business Head to prepare budget for projects
- Maintain lasting relationships with dealers and key customer accounts
- Market analysis, dealer/distributor prospecting, appointment and development as per the market expansion strategy.
- Develop market penetration plan based on: Product range, Industries and areas.
- Create brand and product awareness by promotional activities, participation in exhibition, advertisements etc.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients.
- Assist in shipment of warehouse products.
- Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and prepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
- Improve capital efficiency and ensure commercial hygiene and compliance
- Ensure finalization of business at acceptable commercial terms.
- Coordinating and working with production, operations, supply chain, finance & design team for smooth order execution.
- Ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Reporting to the Business Head
The Candidate :
- Good experience in sales of office/home furniture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship skills and good command over English
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge
- Experience in attending furniture exhibitions & events
- Good knowledge of international trading Incoterms.
- Has tangible achievements in past assignments
- Good at MS Office and computing skills
- Pleasant personality, easy going nature, good business acumen & grip on numbers
- Team player and easily establish cordial relationships with internal and external people
- Learning attitude and strong grasping skills
- Must be solution oriented
