Manager - Export/International Sales - Home Appliances (7-12 yrs)

Job Description:-

- Expertise in building up & driving International sales & marketing initiatives with renowned companies in home Appliances.

- This role demands achieving high growth in export sales and scaling up sales in untapped market by designing and implementing a strategic export model that has customer base and ensure its strong presence all across the globe.

- Candidate would require to develop and implement new initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key geographical area across the globe. He himself need to administer all existing international clients and ensure optimal level of communication happens with new and existing clients. A key role is assessing marketing potential of new and existing sales opportunities and so it is important that you are able to present new opportunities in a clear and analytical manner.

- Incumbent should have expertise in managing all banking & logistic for export activities such as prepare required documents, manages export process, and ensures compliances with India and foreign government laws and regulations.

- It is essential to have good understanding of business finance and be able to manage budgets as well as set sales targets and evaluate sales data.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill to maintain and develop new client relationships

- Candidate should have an experience of directly selling to Key private accounts, Government and Industrial Projects. Need to have very strong relationship with big System integrator and Institutional Dealers as well as end users/clients across the country.

- Job role demands extensive travel, hence candidate should be open to travel and be able to simultaneously handle multiple dealers, clients and inquiries. The candidate should be a team worker and should have good written and verbal communication skills.

- This role demands that candidate can drive and Increase channel sales from existing clients in the geographical region (Both Volume and Value) to new Corporate/ Business houses in untapped markets/ geography within India, which will lead to increase the market size.

- Need to analyse secondary sales channel of each territory for sales strategy formulation. Initiating various Sales and Marketing strategies product category-wise and region-wise.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Hard-core sales experience from the Kitchen appliances / Kitchenware industry

- Excellent Institutional C Level network experience.

- Proven track record in appointing new partners, Billing, collection etc.

Work Experience: 7 -15 years of experience in Institutional Sales in FMCG/Telecom/Consumer Durables/Food and beverages/ Information Technology industry.

Should be either handling national role currently or large regional territory.
