Documentation preparation for application and registration of Project Import 9. Documentation preparation for reconciliation and finalization of Project Import 10. Application for opening Letter of Credit 11. Processing of Overseas vendor payments bills 12. Preparing agreements along with other customs related documents for import consignments 13. Bill of Entry 14. Customs Houses Agent bill 15. Freight forwarder bill Service Order for CHA (Customs Houses Agent )and Freight Forwarder Payment 16. Project Import reconciliation and refund 17. Offloading all the cargo from the vessel as per safety guidlines
