Manager - Export - Fruit Pulp/Fruit Concentrates - Beverages (14-30 yrs)
Our client is a leading beverage manufacturing company based in Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities :
- Having a readymade pool of clients and start work from day 1.
- Understanding of manufacturing process, technical sales.
- Meeting targets from the first month.
- Delivery without excuses.
- Business Development in International Market.
- Traveling overseas for business development and brand promotion.
- Exploring market, Finding out New Buyers, contacting them, and develop business.
- Develop and evaluate Vendor for supplying goods
- Looking for trading opportunities in the defined territory.
- Supervising Pre-Shipment and Post Shipment Documentation.
- Adopting the correct market entry strategies and aligning Organizational resources accordingly.
- Effective Execution of the individual country plan
- Develop and execute pricing and market strategy.
- Develop Checks and control to monitor performance.
- International commercial transactions rules : Pre-defined commercial terms used in international commercial transactions which stipulate clear tasks, costs, and risks associated with the delivery of goods and services. (Understanding of freight, cost, time, risks, penalties, etc.).
- International import-export regulations : Know the principles that govern the import and export of products and equipment, trade restrictions, health and safety measures, licenses, etc.
Experience : 10+ years in Handling Fruit Pulp Sales & Exports to Beverages Industry.
Qualification : MBA-Marketing
