Manager - Expense Reporting - Alternative Asset Management Firm

Job Role :

- Individual will play a significant role in supporting the development and implementation of an expense management reporting and analytics strategy following the implementation of key employee expense policies and firm-wide technology platforms.

- This professional will be also expected to contribute extensively analytically to communicate expense trends, employee compliance with key policy provisions and other insights to improve spend visibility to senior management and drive decision making for potential financial saving opportunities.

- The individual will report directly to the Global Head of Finance Shared Services and work with both internal and external partners to identify reporting needs and frequency, validate, consolidate and summarize large data sets and articulate content to report and communicate insights through professional presentations, in addition to establish appropriate processes to govern the framework on an ongoing basis.

Skills & Required Qualifications :

- Advanced Excel modeling skills, able to consolidate, analyze, summarize and drive insights from large sets of data from multiple sources.

- Experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau, Cognos and / or Essbase financial and analytical applications will be a plus
