Manager - Events - Mumbai
- The role is part of the Corporate Communications & Events team and entails creating a brand experience and differential, through motivational & experiential events that build engagement, brand salience, loyalty and gratification/recognition amongst distributors, partners and employees.
- The role entails conceptualizing, creating and executing key events for our key stakeholders to achieve specific organizational/business objectives.
- Work closely with all the stakeholder teams within the organization to execute events.
- Understand team's business/strategic objectives and get a detailed brief for each event
- Liaise and prepare detailed presentation for events (including event agenda, suppliers/vendors, legal/safety obligations, creative designs & copy as also budgets).
- Manage and coordinate with vendors as also travel partner.
- Organize events (physical, virtual, hybrid, etc.) with excellence within the given budgets
- Coordinate with procurement for event agency onboarding
- Prepare the RFP and follow the commercial & procurement process
- Coordinate with agency/third party for all event related creative's and collaterals for communication and branding as per brand guidelines
- The incumbent shall be responsible to manage the end to end process right from planning stage to running the event and carrying out post-event evaluation.
- For Physical events ; take care of recee visits, pre event collateral sampling and production, gifting & distribution, communication mailers, on ground engagement activities, venue management, event technical's, branding, quality control, permissions, manpower/artist management as also show flow rehearsals/backstage management, event closures, etc.
- For virtual events ; take care of microsite requirements, white listing procedures, all creative skins & templates as per event flow, pre event communications, virtual dry runs for leaders/artists, technical's for complex events, show flow rehearsals, data management, etc.
- Deliver aspirational, ambitious, inspiring, and impactful events for a diverse group of stakeholders individually.
- Evaluate event's success and submit feedbacks/reports
- Good presentation skills ; conceptualization & strategic thinking abilities
- Uses his/her judgement to integrate current trends in event management and event design.
- Adherence to operational processes
- Adherence to accounting (billing & payment) processes & budget management
