Manager - Ethics & Compliance - Pharma

Position : Manager- Pharma (Ethics & Compliance)

Qualification : LLB, CA or other relevant degree.

Job responsibility :

- Internal Controls & SOX and Ethics & Compliance

- Managed corporate ethics and compliance

- Developing and issuing countrywide policies & procedures in compliance with the applicable laws and corporate policies & procedures

- Determining the scope for internal controls (IC) reviews based on ERA outcome

- Continuous auditing and monitoring via various exceptions and monitoring reports by performing the data analytics, on a monthly basis

Responsible for ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) compliance by:

- Providing trainings on SOX and SOX portal to Process Owners and their teams

- Drafting the SOX narratives for first year of implementation

- Reviewing and finalizing the changes made to SOX narratives for subsequent audits

- Identification and rationalization of key controls for audits

- Responsible for Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Improvising Processe

- Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes in the industry, analyse how these development affect the business and propose action plans to ensure that the organization is in compliance with these requirements;
