Its workSpaces vertical is focused on providing productive, convenient and pocket-friendly working spaces to suit every business need as well as deliver bespoke space solutions, with an objective of becoming a partner of choice for organizations for their workspace needs.
Role: Manager Enterprise Sales
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for strategizing, launching and scaling up business operations in the markets
- Leverage market opportunities and develop new client relationships and account for existing WorkSpaces properties as well as bespoke solutions
- Engaging with Corporate/Startup/SMB clients to establish and grow accounts.
- Enlarge the scope of existing client relationships and penetrate deeper into the client's financial management
- Independently engage with the top management/ decision makers of prospective and existing clients
- Work closely with the Micro-Market teams to develop and close business leads
Required Skills :
- MBA with a specialization in Sales/Marketing
- Total Experience: 4-9 years and relevant sales experience of 3-5 yrs.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal
- Proven track record of client value creation
- Exemplary communication and client engagement skills.
