Manager Enterprise Sales and Partnerships


- As a Manager - Enterprise Sales and Partnerships, you would be owning sales of Billion Careers platform and its products targeting Enterprise and Mid-market companies in India.


- You would also be responsible for building strategic partnerships with leading start-ups and corporates to grow the platform.

- This is a leadership role in the business with high visibility to the CXOs. You are also expected to provide your thought leadership to integrate and advice cross functional teams which are solving the problem of "next 1 billion market".

Job Responsibilities :

- Driving sales and revenue for SaaS products targeting CHROs, Sales Heads, Operations Heads, and CXOs in Enterprises and Mid-market companies in India

- Driving GTV (Gross Transaction Value), Workforce growth, and Client growth through strategic partnerships

- Drive sales and marketing outreach activities to generate leads and build awareness of Billion Careers brand

- Establish as a Solutions Expert and Thought Leader to solve the most pressing workforce challenges of CHROs, Sales Heads, Operations Heads, and CXOs

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing functions to provide strategic inputs for product development and client development.

- Improved internal reporting by leveraging various tools (Such as Salesforce)

- Build Partner network to scale up sales and build a program for Partner development

- Manage all post-lead interactions with Enterprise level partners through strong relationship building, product knowledge, planning and execution

- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with partners about the most relevant features/functionality for partners to be able to sell better.

- Be the single point of contact for our Key partners and Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.

Job Requirements :

- 4-6 years of Sales, Business Development experience with CHROs, Sales Heads, Operations Heads, and CXOs is preferred.

- Should have experience in Handling and Managing Enterprise Accounts, would be great to have someone who has proven experience in customer facing roles.

- Should have worked with customers in managing customer requirements, delivering and deploying a software solution, technical issue resolution and escalation management at both the business owner and executive levels.

- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude

- Should have handled the team.

- Organised and reliable; able to work independently with little direction when necessary.

- The ideal candidate is a hands-on and results-oriented person with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Basics of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel- Basic understanding of any CRM tool


Good to have :

- Experience with Salesforce, data analytics & BI tools
