Manager - Enterprise Risk Management - IT Services (8-11 yrs)
One of our leading IT Services Clients in Chennai location is looking for Manager role with relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
Designation: Manager (IC)
Educational qualification: CA\ICWA\MBA
Years of experience: 8+ Years
Location : Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with various corporate functions on the following
- Risk identification and assessment
- Analysis of processes / data
- Identification of mitigation plans
- Track and monitor the status of these mitigation plans
- Work towards successful execution of various ERM initiatives including conceptualizing and designing approaches, risk assessment frameworks, rating scales to track key top risks
- Manage the MIS of the ERM department in maintaining, updating and release of various monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Stay abreast of industry trends and issues related to the IT services industry, regulatory regimes and competition
Desired profile -
- Ability to understand risks and their linkage to the underlying business processes
- Possesses broad range of business analysis and project management skills
- Attention to detail - goal of zero defect in work product
- Ability to work independently as well as be part of an interactive team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
