Manager - Enterprise Business Sales - Telecom/ISP (11-17 yrs)
We are hiring for Enterprise Business Sales Manager
Job Location - Delhi & Chennai
CTC- Rs.22 lpa max.
Educational & Experience requirements:
- MBA with 10+ years of experience.
- Should have experience of handling a team
Candidate must have experience in EB Sales and from telecom /ISP Industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients and achieve sales targets as per the approved plan
2. Introduce innovative measures to target Enterprise customers in tech-parks and industrial parks for approach and conversion.
3. Proactively churn from competition in Tech Parks and in standalone buildings, Bundle ACT solutions to increase wallet share
4. Use innovative pricing models - work with Tech, IT, Legal and Finance to deliver
5. Use new channels to prospect, convert and login
6. Maintain good rapport with the key accounts and work for references through them
7. Responsible for managing end to end activities of all the accounts
8. Interact with SPOCs of key accounts to gauge their satisfaction levels, proactively resolve their problems by providing customized solutions
9. Work with product management team to provide offerings as per the market requirements and to assess future trends/ needs.
10. Periodically review the performance of the team members on service delivery and create a plan to improve the performance of bottom 10%
