Qualification :

- B.E. / B. Tech. (in Chemical, Mechanical, Petrochemicals) and/or MBA from top-tier institute/university with high academic records and minimum 8 years of relevant experience

- Excellent problem solving skills to lead the team towards pragmatic solutions

- Excellent project management and team management skills

- Ability to adapt to client needs and handle dynamic case expectations

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and engage with senior stakeholders, demonstrating deep topic expertise and credibility

- Proficient at using various analytical and reporting / visualization tools

- Highly effective communication skills and ability and deliver clear and professional presentations to the team, partners and clients

- Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills, role model and inspirational leader to guide team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively

Role :

- Develop intellectual property, go-to-market materials, pitch documents and publications.

- You will be directly responsible for the coaching and development of team members by hands-on coaching on task execution, providing directions on complex issues and providing timely feedback.
