Corporate Governance:

- Handling employee-management concerns, including grievance investigations and resolve any employee relations issues across locations in order to facilitate agreements, settle conflicts and minimize dispute.

- Implement the company's ethics policy and code of conduct in order to preserve company's vision on ethics.

- Compliance adherence with local regulations concerning employment and that all activities undertaken by HRD employees comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards by liasoning with labor office, labor court and managing employee related litigations.

- Anti-Sexual Harassment Initiative (ASHI): Monitors and measures awareness programs on the company's anti sexual harassment initiative in respective locations; investigates harassment cases in order to provide employee a positive work atmosphere.

- Hearing Employees & Resolving (HEAR): Provide a channel to raise work related issues.

- Information Loss Monitoring System (ILMS): Ensure adherence to Information security norms of the company, initiate actions as per policy in order to prevent and mitigate loss of confidential data.

Audit : Handling audits and initiating corrective action as indicated in the compliance audits

International ER :

Provide advice to centers on all policies and guideline interpretation of employee relations policies and HR programs. Serves as a consultant by assessing the need, providing solutions and help implement as well. Monitors compliance with International Labor Laws.

Policies/ processes related to ER :

- Creating, deploying and reviewing employee relations policies and procedures; set mechanisms in place in order to ensure policies are aligned to legal and regulatory requirements and also in building a positive work environment for employees across the globe.

- Educating employees with Policies

Statutory Compliances :

Candidate should be well versed in Statutory compliances under various employment laws such as PF Act, ESI Act, PT State Act- s, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, S&E State Act- s, Payment of wages Act, state Act- s, equal remuneration act, Maternity benefit Act- s, factories Act and Minimum wages Act- s- also other HR function such as Payroll, MIS reports & post Recruitments activities, etc.
