Employee Relations & Policies Manager

Job Summary:

- Support local HR teams, offer knowledge as subject matter expert for all HR policies. Support local HR teams, in managing sensitive employee situations and to review instances of employee misconduct, including investigating and recommending disciplinary action. Responsible for the delivery and deployment of ER programs.

- The Manager will drive the transformational ER projects in alignment with the ER agenda. The role involves end to end program management, change management, stakeholder management as well as related internal and external communication

- Lead HR policies, POSH program and Culture strategy for the organisation

Policies:

1. Design and implement Policies strategy and act as policy counsel and subject matter expert

2. Strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and legal development to continuously evolve the policies landscape

3. Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement new policies

4. Lead a team of policies experts

5. Ensure effective communication of HR policies to employees and externally POSH program

1. Define and manage overall execution plan of POsH program including compliance

2. Review data trend to identify focus areas and creat communication strategy

3. Work with legal to understand the approach to be followed in managing complex cases

4. Ensure compliance to timelines, documentation and other important requirements as per ACt

5. Lead internal and external audits

6. Lead the team of POSH experts and support them to implement the program

7. Conduct Leadership connects and ensure regular governance

Culture (Conduct Counts) program lead:

1. Formulation of Culture strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy.

2. Define and manage programs, create initiatives and plans for the deployment of Culture strategy

3. Assess current capabilities and culture of the organization and identify gaps that must be addressed

4. Oversee and monitor the implementation of the overall strategy

5. Ensure, through deep data analysis and research, that strategy is coherent and aligned to business needs

6. Translating the global culture strategy into the GU/DTE priorities

7. Shape local solutions to distill the core values and culture we aspire for

8. Create and Mobilize people advocate network to drive culture change
