Manager - Employee Relations - Pharma (7-14 yrs)

- Develop best in class Employee Relations practices and framework by formulating strategies that meet the business and HR vision.

- Manage Employee Relations and be accountable for employee welfare, grievance management, disciplinary control , union management (collective Bargaining & LTS) and liaising with external stake holders.(Govt Officials & Local Bodies)

- Knowledge of changes in the legislation, analyse its impact on business and implement the changes
w.r.t workforce.

- Be well versed with collective bargaining trends, economics and labour laws. Spearhead the collective bargaining processes to ensure the most favorable outcomes.

- Work on development of collaborative practices to enhance overall industrial relations experience for
internal stakeholders

- Proactively forecast future industrial relations challenges, trends and conduct risk analysis.

- Guide HRBPs to manage and close critical issues related to disciplinary actions or employee relations issues

- Assist with case investigation when necessary, document results.

- Represent company stand before various statutory authorities and attend conciliation proceedings at
PAN India level

- Drive and implement various government initiatives/schemes with regards to labor & employment

- Conduct Line Manager capability sessions and awareness sessions on POSH and discipline.

- Leverage HR analytics to build reporting dashboards/summaries for tracking cases, day to day operations, costs, etc.

- Feed local pulse to ER Lead and HRD.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of ER/HR policies, standards, procedures and guidelines in accordance with company standards and in ensuring relevance to local culture, labour
laws, and practices

- Provide consultation and support to ER committees ensuring processes and protocols for situations related to allegations of discrimination, retaliation, regulatory requirements or other violations of company ethics.
