ER Manager - Manufacturing - Telugu ( Speaking or Understanding ) - South India


- ER , IR , Telugu , Handling Long term settlements. , Unions & is stable in his career .

- Develop the strategic workforce planning of unionized / contract workmen

- To ensure the availability of required manpower for the production and support functions in order to maintain the smooth operations

- Ensure there is no loss of production on account of non availability of competent workforce for the operations of the plant

- Strategic thinking for development for Gen X & Gen Y, to enable having future ready workforce

- Ensure conducive relations with Union , external statutory bodies

- Adherence to the compliance of norms and statutes at 100% level

- Strategizing, anticipation of potential hindrances of production with respect to associates and effectively plan to eliminate the same, proactively

- Enable verification of documents and reports for the statutory / non statutory or internal auditing process

- Develop the proper communication channels among officers, workmen and managerial levels.

- Ensure the grievance of workmen are handled with utmost care and resolve the issues in time

- To maintain harmonious relations in the organization

- Advise / formulate in formulating ER policies

- Team development and motivating the team members so that the right ability is utilized to the required level.

- Involve in benchmark practices with neigh-outing industries / other group companies and strikeout a balance in wages and other benefits as per the applicable laws

- Preparation, finalization for Signing the Wage Settlement Agreement with the Union

- Proactively plan for carrying out employee engagement activities

- Represent the organization in the functional /statutory forums and present the innovative pr-actives of the organization

- Handle all the legal cases as appropriate

- Implementation of automation in ER functions
