Manager - Employee Relations - IT (5-8 yrs)
The Manager- Employee Relations is responsible for :
- Investigating, resolving sensitive and complex employee relations issues (e.g. sexual harassment or other discrimination claims, threats of violence, hostile work environment) across the organization.
- Liaising with HR business partners including Legal and Security to investigate and review cases as needed.
Looking at professionals with 5-8 years of experience in the employee relations space (IT industry preferred)
