Manager - Employee Relations & Compliance - Specialty Chemicals Manufacturing (8-14 yrs)
One of the leading Speciality Chemicals company SRF Ltd requires Manager ER and Compliance for their manufacturing facility located in Dahej in Gujrat.
Purpose :
- Foresee and develop a proactive approach towards ER through constant touch with Internal and External network.
- Compliance of all people related statutory framework.
- Contract Labor Management
- Liaising with local govt. bodies and Industries Association.
- Ensuring Non-interruption of Business operations at location due to Labor/Local unrest.
- Disciplinary Actions / court cases etc.
Responsibilities :
- Compliance to all statutory acts.
- Maintaining all forms and documents
- Timely submission of all returns and applications
- Leading all statutory audits
- Handle all site related legal matters
- Represent SRF in court proceedings
- Developing formal and informal communication channels across levels to capture feeling and sentiments of people
- Ensuring control and reduction in unplanned absenteeism of employees.
- Leading the audits compliance for all employees and contract employees compliance and statutory compliance
- Ensuring supply of manpower and timely compliance of all the labor laws by the contractors
- Ensuring that the records are available for audits and inspections.
- Post-Graduate/MSW/MBA/PGDM - HR(Full Time)
- HR/ Compliance Role

- Planning & Execution, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Compliance, Communication, Knowledge of Statutory Acts.
