a. Someone with experience in managing HC compliance in an organization
b. Experience in ER would be additional
c. Should have experience in drafting policies as required related to ER
d. Be savy with Labour laws and Shop and establishment act and be able to support with the new labour code implementation
e. POSH experience either being part of committee or work closely with committee to support the findings
f. Should be able to train employees on POSH aand other compliance related workshops as and when required
g. Should have experience in working with legal and compliance vendors and working on compliance system would be an added advantage
h. Some global experience is required for the candidate to have a good understanding of way of working
i. This is a individual contributor role, of course working with other global team members as required
