- Analyzes information and data necessary to define and discern legal nuances and cost as well as policy implications of contract negotiations and disputes. This may include management and contractors proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances.

- After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.

- Proactive Resolution of day today issues of Employee Relations.

- Providing input on laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, supervisors, and employees.

- Advises and guide managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed in collaboration with Talent management team.

- Represents organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations and government officials.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
