Manager Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll Administration, HR Analytics
Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Effective management of employee lifecycle ; pre-on-boarding, on-boarding, off boarding and post off-boarding
- Responsible for maintaining employee records and ensure data quality i.e. timeliness availability, accuracy and completeness
- Hands on experience in automated HR systems /ERPs
Payroll Administration & Statutory compliance :
- Effective management of leave and attendance process as per policy
- Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in tax exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers etc.
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, statutory and non-statutory deductions, leaves and other non-taxable components
- Strict adherence to payroll guidelines, policies and procedures.
HR Analytics :
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) ,payroll outputs, employment records, statutory compliance related, competitors practices, and other sources
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, attrition and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards pertaining to performance, compensation & benefits, employee surveys
- Provide timely inputs for various internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations
Vendor Management :
- End to end coordination with vendors for payroll, mediclaim, insurance, Background Verification, ID cards, statutory compliances, off-roll resources
- Periodic review of vendors to assess the performance level as per SLAs
- Checking and verification of vendor invoices before submitting to Finance department for payments
