Manager - Employee Engagement Survey - Manufacturing (3-6 yrs)
Manager : Employee Engagement
Location : Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities :
- To conduct full life-cycle of employee engagement survey activities to include requirement gathering, develop analysis and reporting capabilities to provide critical insights to the organisation for enhancing employee engagement.
- Analyse employee engagement survey data, highlight trends and draw actionable insights using statistical techniques
- Manage end-to-end administration of Employee Engagement Survey including - calendarization of surveys, filtering and cleaning data, managing surveys and resolving issues if any, review reports and presentations
- Mapping Internal and external Best Practices in the field of employee engagement and create a repository
- Prepare annual budget for the department and monitor expenses
Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must be an MBA in HR (2 year full time), pass out between 2010 & 2013 batch
- Candidate must have experience in conducting end to end Employee Engagement Surveys
- Candidate must possess knowledge of statistical tools (eg. SPSS)
