Manager - Employee Engagement/Learning & Development - Telecom - IIM/TISS/XLRI/MDI

We have been retained by a Leading Telecom Client to hire Manager-L&D and Employee Engagement to be based at Pune.

Role Purpose :

The role holder has to establish the Learning Philosophy, principles and needs- in various areas of operations of the functions of the organization.

- Develop and review content

- Manage induction for new hires, trainees and management trainees.

- Ensure targets for completion of employee on - boarding.

- Developmental frameworks in the organization that enable Talent

- The individual has to ensure these practices are best in class and regularly calibrated

- Training need identification & analysis

- Training calendar (monthly) - Publish & execution

- Ensure Training effectiveness mechanisms are in place for all programs

- Training budget monitoring

- Formation of Trainers, Trainers database & developing internal Trainers capability

- Drive e-learning systems across the organization.

- Rewards & Recognition Initiative

- The Role Holder has to identify and drive Cultural development & employee engagement initiatives

- Implement initiatives to drive value based culture

Candidate Profile : MBA-Tier 1 B-School only -2009-10 pass-out.

- Experience in engagement and L&D domain

- Have excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

- Able to understand business requirements and create, design and implement various initiatives in L&D and Engagement areas as per the same

- Able to identify the learning needs proactively and plan for their fulfillment as per quality and in time through internal and external sources

- Able to monitor several metrics related to L&D, Engagement and Talent Management and act appropriately to fulfill the set targets in the respective areas

- Able to interface with academic institutions and devise strategies to leverage the relationships with them

- Support several site level engagement activities from time to time
