Work Timings : 9AM-6PM , 5 days , Working from Office
Education : Regular Graduate + Tier 1/2 MBA HR ( Regular)
Knowledge Required : Knowledge of the emerging trends in Human Resource Management specially Employee Engagement practices
Job Purpose :
To implement and sustain the Employee Engagement roadmap, enhancing the Employee Engagement levels in the organization and driving the company towards becoming a preferred employer.
KRA :
- Employee Engagement Roadmap
- Conducting the Engagement Survey to measure the Employee Engagement Levels
- Creation of Action Plans to enhance Employee Engagement levels and ensuring adherence to the Plans
- Change Management
- Manage New Employee induction for effective transition in the organization
