Manager - Employee Engagement/HR Business Partner - FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing (10-16 yrs)
Employee Engagement :
- Lead and manage employee engagement & employee development across locations and levels.
- Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy for the organization in sync with organizational Culture.
- Conduct employee engagement survey and conduct focus groups to create action plan
- Build the Employee Value Proposition to help the organisation to build the image of a great employer in the market
- Help build in "Best HR Practices" to help the organisation build the brand around Great Place To Work, responsible for liaising with GPTW teams for driving the participation and the other submissions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify HO and site needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy
- Owner of the HR communication channels for the organization by create an effective communication plan and providing content for various communication vehicles
- Lead policy formulation and implementation for HR. Responsible for MIS and automation
- Develop employee recognition strategies to include reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental / organizational recognition programs
