Key Responsibilities : - Device a Talent experience (engagement) strategy for the Development Centre with more than 25000 + employees and implement the same in collaboration with various teams - New age engagement models for engagement of a workforce comprising of Gen X, Gen Y, millennial and Digital Natives. - To be part of the Development Centre Executive Council, and advise the Council of Human Resource interventions. - Creating and Nurturing Positive Work Environment and act as custodians of org. culture - Build and create the DC brand in the society and ensure Business Continuity at all times - Create robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between the management and employees - Inculcate a high performance work environment and Promote Diversity and Inclusivity - Managing the Health &amp; Wellness program - Seamless Employee Onboarding and Assimilation - Implementing initiatives for ensure the Value system is adhered by all employees.
