Role & Responsibilities: - Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement. - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders. - Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plans. - Provide the necessary learning and development opportunities. - Focus on the needs of the employees - Brainstorm solutions to improve the employee experience. - Creation of Action Plans to enhance Employee Engagement levels and ensure adherence to the Plans - Organize skill development programs for the growth of the employees. - Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement engagement strategies for employees. - Design and implement internal campaigns and events [employee caring/wellness/festivals] to boost engagement and bring our core values to life. - Ensure effective, consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitor HR projects and workflow. Desired Experience: - 3-4 Years of relevant work experience in Employee Engagement. ii. Knowledge and understanding of best employee engagement practices - Designing and evaluating employee engagement surveys. - Excellent presentation skills - Strong track record in Employee Engagement - Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee engagement theory
