Roles & Responsibilities :
Must have experience in Employee Compliance
- Business Licensing & Registrations management
- Training & Policies Affirmations management of staffs
- Compliance risk assessment support and regional coordination
- Regulatory Reporting & Change Tracking
- Compliance Coordination and Reporting management
- Infrastructure Advisory Compliance support to region
- Assist in local & global Employee Compliance projects
- Ensuring proper governance and controls over processes
- Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to increase efficiency
- Should be able to analyse and interpret data for local management andstakeholders
- Prepare MIS reports as per set process KPI/KRIs- Assist regional process owners in ad-hoc requests
