Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Conducting market research &amp; analysis of competitor email marketing campaigns to create IK's email strategies. - Reviewing IK's past email campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness and defining campaigns to reach revenue targets - Conceptualizing, implementing, and testing drip campaigns that nurture leads towards the purchase and driving brand recall. - Defining email marketing strategies for different segments of users in different sales cycles - Increasing IK's email marketing database through lead capture &amp; third-party partnerships. - Test different subject lines, messaging &amp; formats to identify best-performing emails for various cohorts. - Drafting email copy and collaborating with graphic designers to improve Open Rates, Email appearance, click-throughs &amp; responses - Segmenting and Maintaining IK's email database for maximum email campaign effectiveness. - Monitoring and reporting email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Experience: - 4-5 years of experience in B2C/B2B Email Marketing - Previous experience working on email campaigns in US geography preferred - Proven experience ideating, testing, and optimizing high-impact email marketing campaigns - Prior database management, customer segmentation experience a must - Familiarity with email marketing automation and campaign performance evaluation &amp; reporting - Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data - Excellent copywriting and copy-editing abilities. - A motivated self-starter with passion, innovation, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's Degree with overall 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
