Educational Qualification : Masters Degree in Economics from premier institute is a must. PhD in Econometrics or Applied Econometrics is preferred
Job Description :
- Hands on experience in forecasting model building for Macro Economic variables is an absolute must
- Excellent command over Time Series Modelling including Co-Integration techniques is necessary
- Good communication skills with experience of defending work in front of very senior stakeholders
- Experience of working in economics department of a bank is necessary. Experience of working with Central Bank is ideal.
- Good understanding of global macroeconomic trends is very important for this role.
- Having a good understanding of macro econometric theory is very important for the role
- Experience in research is going to be a big plus point for the role
- Experience of using SAS extensively is necessary.
