Content management : 

1. New product listing

2. Catalogue updates and upgrades

3. A plus content, Content writing

4. Competition content mapping and tracking, new ideas of content generation

Price tracking :

1. Tracking tool management

2. Pricing insights and analysis

3. Competition mapping

Agency management :

1. Day to day agency operations and coordination

2. Liaise for content, keywords, innovations

3. Be the common point with the marketing team at platforms

4. Discuss and suggest marketing/ media activities, media performance management

5. Will be responsible for media performance and an enabler for business

ORM :

1. Review management with agency

2. Q n A management with agency- liaise with product team for inputs

3. Responsible for listening to the voice of the customer

4. Manage all processes related to ORM end to end, liaise with service team

Key accounts management :

1. Responsible for revenue from specific ecommerce accounts

2. Forecasting of demand on a monthly, quarterly basis

3. Ensuring timely payments from accounts responsible for

4. Ensuring timely claims closure with finance

5. Responsible for sellout from key accounts

E-store :
 
1. Manage daily operations of E-store

2. Manage SEO/ SEM

3. Develop content

4. Manage investments for E-store

An ideal candidate would :

- Be experienced in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment

- Experienced in external agency and stake holder interaction

- Implement processes for managing, engaging, and expanding partnerships

- Manage key marketing metrics like ROI, GVs; including tracking of spends

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

- Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce desired

- Experienced in e-commerce
