Description

- Customer Activation - developing customer base in order to meet goals and prospects.

- Sales and Profit - work on omnichannel traffic contribution in digital channels; develop a balanced performance marketing strategy and spend

- Marketplace - maximise net sales and profitability for H&M on the marketplace platform

- Leadership - create conditions to enable strong performance and deliverable of the teams

Profile :

- Minimum 6 years of experience

- Understanding of retail (fashion/lifestyle) as an industry

- Ability to manage large teams

- Strong experience in B2C
