Manager - eCommerce - Consumer Durable (4-10 yrs)

The incumbent will be a member of Key Account Managers team, to lead certain marketplace business on a day to day basis.

- The candidate will provide day-to-day guidance for business operations of all the accounts and collaborate to create & guide e-commerce strategies in conjunction with senior advisors and report on E-commerce metrics

Key Accountabilities :

- Manage and develop the relationships with main online marketplace leaders

- Create & drive marketplace strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance

- Report, analysis, negotiate and customer service for various marketplaces and accounts; management of account expectations forecast and individual account growth

- Create & sell ideas and product pitches, solutions to various partners to hit growth targets

- Plan weekly, monthly and annual forecast for channels, merchandise planning, inventory & operations management

- Discover and identify new channels as defined in the annual strategy, negotiate contracts, test and build new accounts as needed

- Collaborate with category managers to optimise product life cycle across marketplaces

- Work with internal and external stake holders to improve:

- Work with Marketing & Customer service:

- Understands key technologies and innovations in the industry and works with IT team to select and effectively execute projects

- Manage all aspects of analytics related to marketplces and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners

- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into marketplace business

- Overseeing the development of customer relationships through marketplace

- Review monthly customer service reports and putting into place action items to ensure efficiency of the process

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 5+ years of experience in retail, FMCG, key accounts management with at least 3 years in marketplace management

- MBA from a top-rated institute

- Experience in Amazon, Flipkat & Myntra

- Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
