Manager - eCommerce - Consumer Durable (1-7 yrs)
Key Accounts Ecommerce :
- New age businesses are fast growing and are becoming significant in terms of over all business contribution. This would require focused approach to new age businesses like E-commerce, National Chain stores
- Support the development of a mid-term eCommerce and National retail chain stores sales strategy and channel plan tailor working along side the Regions, full responsibility for driving execution
- Sales & KAM : negotiate yearly contract and develop/ update JBPs (including sales and marketing budgets) with key eCommerce platforms, review Ariston performances, set monthly sales/ marketing plans/ BDG and collect updated information about KA strategies/ rules
- Operations: set yearly masterplan of activities and targets (both financial and operating), monitor daily operations and performances
- Co-ordinate cross-functional activities/projects related to eCommerce involving multiple departments (Marketing, IT, Logistic,) acting as reference point for both KA and internal departments.
- Define eCommerce channel development plan on yearly basis identifying possible opportunities for growing top line and improve profitability
- Responsible for the Ecommerce Marketing in India for brand development of water heaters products.
- Leading the brand strategy to achieve business objectives and brand metrics
- Managing cataloguing, product Listings, Product Launches and allied aspects of brand promotion on various market place like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc.
- Media planning for Ecommerce Business and designing of the strategies to project the brand in the effective manner.
- Responsible for closing monthly, quarterly and yearly business plan MIS reports.
- Implementing the go to market strategy for new product launches,research,market plans etc.
