JOB SPECIFICATION : 

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT : 

- An overview of the department and the role it plays to contribute to the organizational objectives

- DPPM is a one stop shop for design, plan and execution of Sales strategy, tactical initiatives and projects in order to support Sales channels in driving growth and profitability. We partner with Sales channels to drive improvements through cross functional projects to get business efficiencies, cost leadership and to ensure a well ddefined sales process. The team designs secondary compensation for sales force, designs Product Mix and drives Sales Management Process.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

- An overview of the job and its contribution to the organizational objectives

- To help all Sales channels organise by designing and enabling them with their targets sheets (binders), detailed Business plans, KRA's, Outlier reports and secondary compensation analysis. This in turn will help organisation meet Topline targets in an organised and planned manner.

- To give insights to management on possible opportunities, risks, competition insights and threats. This will make organisation more agile and avoid any unpleasant sccenarios.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Main duties, tasks and responsibilities of the role: 

- Making business plan of various channels by doing target Setting (Individual and Group - CP), defining seasonality, Product mix, ATS and other sales parameters. Help channels in improvement of CSAT by understanding customer issues, identifying root causes and correcting it.

- Measuring achievement Vs targets and give inputs to management/CDO/HoDs for improvement of Profitability, Revenue and Quality metrices.

- Work on development of Early Warning Indicators to proactively identify potential failure zones and help fix them early.
